Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and greetings.

I am excited to welcome you to the RDC Summit 2024 with an expected participation of 1,100 delegates from more than 20 countries, to explore how we can work together to build more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient communities in this region.

In surah Ali-Imran verse 110, Allah SWT describes us as the best ummah (people):

“You are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah”.

This establishes the Muslim community as a leading force for positive change in the world…

What is RDC Summit?

The RDC SUMMIT 2024 is an annual event organised by RDC, which brings together leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, organisations and community members to drive positive change and sustainable development across the Asia Pacific region. By uniting diverse perspectives and pooling resources, the Summit aims to catalyse impactful initiatives that uplift local communities and foster greater prosperity.

This year the Summit, focusing on providing business opportunities, women empowerment, understanding humanitarian needs, promoting youth leadership and advocating education for all, will feature the following 5 conferences:

Engage NGOs from the Asia Pacific region in community development initiatives through a structured and comprehensive approach.

Unite NGOs and individuals dedicated to women empowerment, youth leadership, humanitarian efforts, universal education, and economic development.

Enhance women and youth leadership; and upscale humanitarian, education and business initiatives to magnify their impact on community development.

Formulate strategic plans to improve the standard of living in Asia Pacific needing communities through collaborative projects.

Collectively, we will have the capacity to create sustainable communities across the region. We believe in the principles of empowerment, inclusion, social justice, and collective action.
