OASIS SARI - SARI STORE
ECONOMIC BASED INITIATIVES
- To provide financial assistance to 10 identified beneficiaries in Davao, Mindanao to startup and operate Sari- Sari Stores.
- To institute into the project a social enterprise mechanism; where beneficiaries allocate a percentage of revenue/profit for the establishment of a special fund
- The Special fund will be used to help finance other future sari sari projects and also provide emergency assistance to beneficiaries with problems whenever required.

The average total cost per store of the project is RM 4,000.00
HOME FOR THE POOR
ECONOMIC BASED INITIATIVES
- Members of the community to have basic home.
- Helps the community to live a proper and healthy living.
Initially the project will be in Sabah. Certain parts of Sabah are still under conditions of extreme poverty. The projects will be in Beluran and the district of Pensiangan.
In the initial stage, Regional Development Community Berhad (RDC) intends to build 10 new houses.
The cost for each house is RM50,000, with a total of RM500,000 to be raised.

AN-NUR RESOURCE CENTER
EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROJECTS
- Provide the necessary infrastructure for the source of knowledge.
- Enable the community to grow their knowledge and learning
The project will be implemented at Annur School, Dili, capital city of Timor Leste.
The total budget is RM 85,000.00 (includes material supply, workmanship, transportation, operational cost and management).
WOMEN SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVES
- Provide awareness on the importance of the role of women in the community.
- Provide the necessary series of talks to motivate and inspire the women.
- Enable some women to play the role of leader in their respective areas.
Barangay Bayanihan, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.
Budget includes costs of equipments, rental, utilities, material supply, workmanship, operation and management costs. The project which will be implemented in 4 phases over a period of 3 years. The first phase is estimated to cost about RM 50,000.00
GIFT OF LIGHT
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
- Provide electricity to the community.
- Enable the community to carry out night activities/initiatives that requires electricity/lighting.
The project will be implemented at Kampung Kuala Sumatulun in the Pagalungan sub district , Sabah.
Cost for supply and installation of a generator set and wiring of a long house in Kampung Kuala Sumatalun is RM80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand Ringgit only). RDC intends to expand the project to other 5 remote villages. The total cost of the project is RM 400,000.00
CLEAN WATER AND HEALTHY SANITATION
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
- Provide clean water to the community.
- Provide proper sanitation (toilet + system) to the community
- Helps the community to enable healthy livings.
• Cambodia : Sihanoukville, Kampot, Koh Kong & Battambang
• Philippines : Aeta Community (Pampanga), Barangay San Isidro (Tarlac), and Camarines Sur (Bicol)
- 30 wells x RM1,500 = RM45,000
- 2 units of Water Treatment system x RM72,500 = RM145,000
- 20 x 1 Unit of Healthy sanitation system RM10,100 = RM202,000

- KCC Cebu to be a center for change and awareness
- KCC Cebu to be a place where the university students and young professionals will discover together that life is beautiful and full of constructive possibilities
- KCC Cebu to be a community of trained, modeled and structured individuals who are valuing the sacredness of life

The total cost of the project is RM 150,000.00
WELLNESS
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING INITIATIVES
- Provide health awareness to the community
- Provide basic health facilities to the community
- Enable the community to improve the health conditions
The project will be implemented in Khovd City, Mongolia.
1. Health awareness campaign: RM8,260 (USD2,000)
2. Health screening and mobile clinic program: RM20,640 (USD5,000)
3. Ultrasound machine (including training 1 x doctor): RM41,280 (USD10,000)
The total budget is RM70,160 (USD17,000)
