Focus Area 5

Women Empowerment Initiatives

In line with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 Gender Equality, our goal is to end discrimination against women and girls because no one should be excluded from receiving basic human rights.

To achieve our objective in creating sustainable communities across the Asia Pacific region, we invest in projects designed to help in providing disadvantaged women and girls with education & skills, and awareness about their rights, since women’s empowerment is crucial for the sake of economic growth and development.
